SEALED BY THE HOUSE OF LANLORD
By booking a station or sending word through our form, you share a little information with LANLORD. This decree explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We keep it short and plain — no hidden clauses in the fine print.
Article I — What we collect
When you fill in the "Summon your squad" form, we receive the squad name, the captain's email address, the date you want, the pack you chose, and whether you want in on the crowning run. We only ask for what a booking needs. We do not ask for payment details through this site and you should not send them here.
Article II — Why we hold it
We use what you send to confirm your booking, hold your row for the chosen night, and reply to your request. Your points and standing in the hall of fame are tracked by squad name during play — they are part of the fun, not a profile we sell. We do not trade your details with third parties for advertising.
Article III — Cookies
This site sets a small number of cookies. One remembers that you accepted this cookie notice so the banner stops appearing. The booking form may use a temporary value to keep your entry steady while you type. These are functional, first-party cookies. You can clear them any time in your browser settings, and the site will still work without them.
Article IV — How long we keep it
Booking messages are stored only as long as needed to arrange and record your visit, then cleared on a routine schedule. Consent cookies expire on their own after about six months, or sooner if you remove them.
Article V — Your requests
You may ask what we hold about a booking, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach the front desk using the contact details in the footer and a herald will handle it. We answer honestly and promptly.
This policy may be updated as the hall changes. Any new version is posted on this page.
